Brown Septic Pumping

Tom gave plenty of information to help with my tank, in keeping my tank in good health. Was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. Strongly recommend.

We have been using Tom at Brown's Septic for the past 7 years. He does a great job and always arrives on time. He is affordable and easy to work with.

Tommy is a great guy and very responsive and definitely knows what he's doing. Also he explains very well what he's and doing and why. He fixed our bathroom up the way we wanted but even better I love it I would definitely highly recommend Tommy.

My overall experience was with Brown's was positive and good. He came the next day and began work. Our brand new system has frozen each of the 2 winters since the install. A $28,000 gov't mandated system should be designed and work better than this! In the end, the work made our system work better than ever and it hasn't frozen since. The downside is he raised the price in mid job. Some of this is understandable but a shock when nearly double the original quote. I will say that in the end it was money well spent for a trouble free septic. Thank you Brown's Septic!

Great service! Tom went the extra mile in being sure our system was pumped thoroughly and clearly explained the function and care it required. He was able to repair the outlet box which was crumbling at the same time. We will be calling him next year! Highly recommend!
