Cripple Creek Automotive Tire and Towing

Recently needed help with my son’s truck. Called last minute on a Friday.Aaron was very helpful to get me in at short notice as I do not live there. We have needed help at this garage before and also had them come to the rescue. Would definitely recommend them they did a great job. Thank you Cripple Creek Auto.

We recently drove through Cripple Creek to stay in an Airbnb and broke down just under a mile from the auto shop. This was the only shop close to us, so we took it straight there. The NEW owner, Aaron, was extremely helpful and quick in diagnosing what happened with our car. Unfortunately, we had to leave the car with him overnight. Well, needless to say, that left us stranded and unable to get to our Airbnb. We tried getting an Uber or Lyft and even looked for a taxi, that wasn't an option in Cripple Creek. Aaron, most graciously, went out of his way to take us to our Airbnb and even picked us up the next morning. As for the car repair, they were top notch and finished earlier than expected. The price was very fair and we were able to continue our vacation safely with no delays, thanks to Aaron and his crew. We were truly impressed with Aaron's kindness; that will never be forgotten!

Stopped in for my tire appointment with concern for my rear brakes. They did need to be replaced and the owner worked me in for the next day as I was on vacation and not local. While I waited the next day, I watched the owner continuously help walk-ins and make appointments. Seems to me that everyone that came in while I was there was better off from their interactions with the shop and staff. I plan vacations into the area yearly and am happy that if I have problems, I will have a good shop to call.

New owner, Aaron, took time out this morning to help me out. He was very busy but was willing to take a few minutes to torque my weight distribution hitch bolts for me. I had it all installed but I just don't own a torque wrench that goes up to 250 ft/lbs. Aaron was really busy but he grabbed his big torque wrench and we were done in 5 minutes. I just want to let everyone know that Aaron is taking care of the local people around Cripple Creek. Thanks Aaron!
