  I had outpatient surgery here yesterday with Dr. A. and could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. A. and his entire staff, from the anesthesiologist to all of the nurses, all made me feel well cared for by their expert knowledge and superb bedside manner. I don't hope to ever have surgery again, but if I do, I hope it can be something done here with this fantastic group of people. I would like to thank them all!!

  If, unfortunately, surgery is required, I cannot recommend this group high enough. Very professional and caring.

  It was a nice place with a wonderful staff. Dr. Conner is wonderful. I hope I have spelling right, lol.

  Recently, through my family doctor's office, I was diagnosed with a hernia. NP Susan, in Dr Hoffman's office at Optum, did my exam and then referred me to UCHealth surgical center near Woodland Park. I quickly got an appointment with surgeon Dr. Jared Clay. He confirmed the hernia. I asked how soon I could have the hernia repaired. Dr. Clay as well as the staff he works with actually got me cleared for surgery the very next day, which was great as I am not one that can wait!
  
  I reported in at the hospital the next day and was quickly taken into the surgical area. The entire staff that I had contact and interaction with was just fantastic! They demonstrated great compassion and professionalism and made sure everything was as it needed to be to safely have the surgery! An errant previous record in my medical records file was checked that out to make sure I would be in no danger! I have had a number of surgeries and can honestly say that the care I received at UCHealth/Woodland Park was absolutely the best!
  
  My surgery was done laperscopically, which provides a much quicker recovery! The after surgery pain from the hernia repair was minimal as I never took the pain medication that I had a prescription for!
  
  I was extremely happy to be able to have this surgery so close to where I live! I did not have to go to Colorado Springs, or anywhere else, which worked so very well for me as I live fairly close to the hospital! I believe Dr. Clay is a very fine surgeon. When I had my surgical follow-up appointment Dr. Clay explained what was done and this helped me a great deal to understand and get my confidence back! I am confidant that I am on my way to complete recovery. Although I hope to not have any more surgeries, should I ever have the need I will go to UCHealth at Woodland Park, CO!

  The staff is very polite and courteous, and the wait time for appointments is short. Dr. Aminsharifi is very professional, and knowledgable, but low key; and personable. I would gladly recommend people to this facility; and will happily return myself.
