Our 31 yr old boiler system went on the fritz. Got estimate from Hardcastle and one other to replace. We went with Hardcastle because the better unit was going to cost around $4,000 less than the other company whose unit had lower BTU! The office staff, manager, and techs handled everything very professionally. We also like the fact they are local.
Freed up space in utility room also, as you can see by the photos.

I have had Hardcastle out to my house for both plumbing (Tom) and electrical (David) issues recently. Both times, the Hardcastle professionals showed up promptly and were able to explain in detail each step of the process. They were able to easily answer every question I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will work with them again myself!

Tom was very professional and very thorough in explaining how he was diagnosing the issues and explained exactly what he was doing, what he found, and the best way to fix everything.
He and David showed up the next day- on time - and fixed the issue very quickly. He then gave us an overview of everything that was done, things to look out for, maintenance tips, and answered all of our questions. He's very knowledgeable and professional and we couldn't have asked for a better experience from Tom, David, or Hardcastle.

Mike and Tom were so professional and friendly! A pipe burst between floors in my log cabin. I called and within an hour they were there to help me get my water turned back on.
