(February 15, 2019, 9:47 pm)Columbine was fantastic from setting up the appointment that was convenient for us to fix our gas fireplace, scheduling the same service manager we have had before, notification the day before, 2 hour window and Keith called twice before he arrived and arrived on time. He is so smart, told us what the problems were, fixed my fireplace at that visit and did not have to return. My Boston Terrier helped and found a new friend-she laid by the fireplace for a long time after he left! It has been cold and we love turning on our fireplace in the evening. Thank you to Columbine for your professionalism. ????

(February 12, 2019, 1:59 pm)We had both a microwave and dishwasher that needed to be repaired. On the first visit, Jim was able to fix the microwave right away but needed to order the dishwasher part. When he came back for the dishwasher it did not fix it but Jim was determined to figure out what was going on. Great news- he did it! Very reasonable price for both repairs. I will definitely use this company again for any other repairs we need.

(February 11, 2019, 1:23 pm)We just had our fireplace cleaned and repaired by this company and Pete was great. Very personable and on task. He had our fireplace up and running well in minutes. It's now nicely cleaned and ready for the rest of the winter season. He reassured us that the heat that we felt on the tile was normal...just needed an adjustment that had not been properly done by the installers. We highly recommend this company.

(January 28, 2019, 7:49 pm)Jim rolled up thirty minutes inside my quoted arrival window on a morning when we got a foot of snow. Driving a 2WD van. Dude’s a gangster. Had my dryer running and blowing hot in like 15 minutes, then entertained my dumb questions about fireplaces. All around good times were had.

(December 27, 2018, 2:51 pm)The gentleman who came out to service our gas fireplace did an exemplary job. It is not only functioning properly but it looks great. He was also very courteous and professional. I only regret that I do not recall his name to give him proper credit.
