(January 23, 2019, 7:29 pm)The ladies at the front were very good about following up and getting my insurance squared away before my appointment. Sarah is the most amazing Dental Hygienisti I have ever had. I had a 5 year gap in my cleanings and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time, you can really tell she is passionate about her work. I would highly recommend thus place.

My mother in law had problems with her dentures done in another place. Dr. Hall suggested her to use denture adhesive , he gave her an example and the problem was solved. I can tell that they care about the patient not the money. -

(December 12, 2018, 8:46 pm)Efficient clean office with amenities & beverages. Front end staff very helpful & freely answered questions about billing & insurance. Very short wait after filling out new patient intake forms. Extremely thorough techs/hygienists - new patient exam & x-rays were more detailed than any I have received.
Katherine Bowman was on top of her work, very informative, detailed in answering inquiries and quite proficient in every respect.
Dr. Hall was personable, friendly, attentive, clearly explained alternatives to potential treatments. Highly recommended. I am actually looking forward to my next follow-up! -

(December 5, 2018, 7:57 am)Mountain Ridge Dental is by far the best dentist and crew I've had in 5 states! Dr. Hall and Sarah showed great care on 1st appt to explain everything but not making me feel bad about the years I neglected my teeth! When I got an infection (after ignoring advice to get a crown), they not only squeezed me in last minute on a Friday, they stayed an hour late! WOW! Major work followed, and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of every staffer, including Ashley, Brianna, Lucinda. Special shout-out to Laura for her extraordinary work with me through a long procedure! Tone in any business is set from the top down, so thank you Dr. Hall for creating an environment where everyone can help patients create a healthy and happy smile!
