(February 21, 2019, 3:25 pm)Our old hot water heater needed to be replaced, so after checking local plumber reviews, we called Hardline Plumbing and Heating, and are so glad we did! Frank came over right away and gave us a bid, took out the old tank and hauled it away, came back with a new, much better quality tank and installed it the same day. He also improved the connections to our clothes washer and dryer. We’re completely happy with the entire experience. Frank did a great job, and was was a pleasure to deal with. Hardline has great communication, knowledge and competitive pricing, and will be the company we’ll use for any plumbing needs in the future.

(February 16, 2019, 7:45 pm)We were in the process of finishing out a basement and needed to complete the rough in plumbing for a full bathroom, wet bar and utility room slop sink. When searching for a company Hardline's website and previous reviews were positive. Frank stopped by for an estimate, was very professional, and on time as scheduled for estimate. We chose to use Hardline Plumbing as a result of their professional approach, thorough description of work to be completed in their estimate and competitive cost among 2 other bids received.
The overall experience in working with Hardline Plumbing Justin and Frank was positive. We very much appreciated their scheduling and day of approach. Day of, you receive a text message when they are on the way to your house, and they also followed up with a phone call to provide an estimate of arrival. Each day they arrived at the scheduled time previously discussed, completed good work with attention to detail and cleaned up their work space each day. They provided good information to questions we had in a very courteous and professional approach. Overall a very positive experience!
We plan to use them for future work and would recommend them for your projects. -

After assessing my plumbing issue, Frank capably answered all my questions and concerns. The price was fair and everything occurred the same day. My invoice included pictures and easy to understand instructions. It was an experience I hope to have with other contractors.
