I never thought I would be the type to review anything, more the less a courthouse. I received a ticket in October which I thought I had paid and never thought about it again after that. I got a letter in the mail and I was extremely confused so I called the courthouse for clarification. I spoke with Melissa (who was INCREDIBLY sweet) and she told me she would call me back after she dug a little deeper. It turns out I never ended up paying it and those fees racked up fast. She was so helpful and so positive that it changed this whole bad experience into a much better one. Truly a great and honest person, thank you so much Melissa.
