I have seen Dr. Banks since she has been in Firestone, now my whole family sees her. She is an exceptional doctor. I have never had any problems with her staff they are great.
I'm noticing that a lot of the negative reviews are from over 6 months ago. If the office staff was bad at one point, then they have definitely been replaced. The new staff is so kind! I have been seen here a few times and felt genuinely cared for every time. I tried switching to where my children are seen just for convenience sake but it didn't work out. I'm extremely happy that I have somewhere great to go; that is caring and close, if I should ever need.

Where do I start? I feel like the entire staff is extended family. So very friendly and genuinely concerned for my child's well being. Always gets us in when we need it and never makes us feel rushed. Dr Banks and the rest of the staff always take the time to listen and include you in treatment decisions when possible. Love this office.
