The entire staff at Firestone Dental Care makes my visits as pleasant as possible. The receptionists are always smiling and happy to greet the patients. They thoroughly explain the cost and insurance coverage up front before treatment. The Dentist listens to my concerns and explains the procedures so I can make well informed decisions. I'm also given choices on my treatment which never happened at other Dentists. This office has a good vibe, caring people, and professionals that have passion in the work they do.
I have never had a great experience at any dental facility. I always have had sensitive teeth after filling, pain after crowns and was told by Poulson in Brighton I just have sensitive teeth. I went to Firestone Dental Care and they are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Had multiple fillings done and a root canal and have had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER!!! They definitely are knowledgeable and are affordable. A great place to go to get your teeth fixed!!!
You will feel welcome from the moment you call to make an appointment, until the moment you leave. Such an amazing knowledge staff! I was very impressed!
