  Went by the store today with only an idea of deck railing that I wanted to install. While in the lumber area I asked Joe for help. He was in the middle of something, but I only had a simple question, so I was hoping not to throw him off his task too much. Instead of answering the question and going back to his task, Joe walked me around the store helping with each piece of the railing. He was able to specially order a part and have it two day shipped that was only $10. Joe's customer service blew me away with his willingness to help and making sure every question I had was answered. Great hire Home Depot.

  I had a do it yourself project in mind when I went in. Was looking for a certain bulb for a lamp and Dave (gardening) was walking by. He helped me find it and asked if I needed anything else. I told me about my project and he showed me to the items and made several suggestions that were a lot better than mine. Thanks Dave !! Also Donavan helped me load up my items, and was very courteous. Will be back for more shopping needs.

  Always greeted when I visit there 3-4 times on the weekend. Yea they don't do tool rentals which is a bummer being the closest Home Depot to growing Firestone. Other than that this is probably one of the best Home Depot’s I've been too based on customer service.

  Friendly staff. I came in looking for a gasket for a water heater. It took thirty seconds for the guy to find. Forgot the guys name, but rather cool guy. Ended up buying a hammer because I couldn't quite justify putting 35 cents on a credit card. Good hammer...
