  Leonor was so cheerful and very helpful. She extended grace and patience to not only myself but other customers in office and that phoned in. I can only imagine how trying The job can be, especially with a new computer system. I still waited total time about 3 hours but she promptly assisted me when it was my "turn."

  I was back and forth 4 times to address multiple issues about 3 different vehicles. Even though I spent so much time going back and forth, the associate that was helping me didn't make me wait in line again and again. The info she gave me every time made things so much easier to get things done quicker than I anticipated. The fact that she made my time spent running around that much more important to her made this experience very pleasant. Fantastic employee that cared about my time and took care of me right away.
