(October 5, 2018, 11:12 am)Best Rv Park around Denver metro. Clean well managed and dog friendly. Staff gives amazing service. They are very service orientated. And very knowledgeable about everything RV!!! Thanks for the great stay.

(July 23, 2018, 2:29 pm)Have lived here since right after they opened about 2 years ago. Don't believe the poor reviews...they are disgruntled folks who don't like to follow rules. Safe, with gated security, quiet (except for folks that don't abide by quiet time and are then asked to leave after being warned)very clean, but yes we're in the country so there is dirt and weeds. They are working on landscape...takes time planting trees. They spray for mosquitoes and to kill weeds. They have 5 mph speed limit which is good since there are people walking dogs and a few children play. Don't speed, pick up after pets. FOLLOW RULES so everyone has a pleasant stay. If not, you'll be asked to leave after vei g warned. Mostly long term RVs. They have age limit so park looks nice. Huge space between RVs which is unheard of. They are working on getting amenities such as laundry, and dog park. Very dog friendly. Love it here!
