We used Floorwerx to install new oak flooring on 2 staircases and in 4 rooms. They also refinished several rooms of 100+ year old fir flooring. The job was done on time and on budget and our floors look great. I really enjoyed working with Craig (owner), Matt (crew leader), and the whole team. Highly recommend.

The owner Craig came out early in March 2020 to look at our Niwot remodel and measure/quote flooring installation only (we had purchased the 5.5" white oak). We had quotes from one man operations to larger flooring companies and pricing was not the highest and not the lowest. Craig's knowledge and expertise was at the top of the pack. COVID caused project delays but Craig stayed on target with start up and timeline. When corners could have been cut, he exceeded expectations. I can cite at least three examples. Aaron (Craig's brother) did the painstaking work of moving all the hot water baseboard registers (they could have gotten away without this but it resulted in an improved result). Matt ran the project and was an absolute workhorse. Everyone was friendly and we had no problem leaving the house in there hands. Craig's wife Tricia handled billing and was always a pleasant person to deal with. We couldn't have made a better choice. They did the entire house with exception of the master shower area and the upstairs bath, and finished the stair treads. About 1500 sq ft. If I had it to do all over I would choose them again.

Hardwood Floorwerx is the best in the business. I've never had better customer service and would highly recommend them.

Hardwood Floorwerx has installed engineered hardwood in our entire house (over 2 separate projects). The work quality is great - lots of attention to detail, especially on the stairs. But what we like the most is the people. Everyone we have encountered with Hardwood Floorwerx has been polite, friendly and enjoyable to work with. Thanks for a job(s) well-done!
