John an his crew at Heat My RV worked on my AquaHot unit early this week, and I could not be more pleased. I had some people look at and work on it in the Seattle area and I was convinced that I was going to need a re-built unit put in my RV (which is our fulltime home). Talked to John to set up an appointment and then drove my home from Seattle to the Denver area. They were able to fix my AquaHot for much less than putting in a re-built one. It is so good to work with a business that has integrity and will do the right thing for the customer, even it if means their will not get paid as much.

John is probably the most knowledgeable person on aquahot boilers for rv's. He has done service for us twice now on our 2010 itasca class a and I can say without a doubt there are none better than he is. He is expedient and fair and knows his stuff!

I sent my aqushot to john to rebuild. It came back very timely and in excellent condition. It looked new. I had a little difficulty getting rewired. I call john and he explained what to do. That worked out really good. Had a hard time getting all the pumps to purge and prime. John explained what to do and that worked out. I started it up and everything worked as planned. I have asked several rv shops about working on aquahots. Nobody would. To difficult. John will always be my go to guy.

John Carrillo replaced our leaking (water) Aqua Hot and did an excellent job. Paid much attention to details, very careful not to spill any anti-freeze and to clean everything up afterwards. John has many years experience working with hydronic heating systems and his father-in-law (now retired) had worked for Aqua Hot for 20+ years. John said he still has his father-in-law helping out now and then. Combined experience in the family is 30+years working with hydronic heating systems. Very knowledgeable and professional. Honest and dependable. Right on scheduled appointment time and lets phone calls go to voicemail when working on my unit. Had all of the material needed to get the job done right and completed on a timely basis. I highly recommend John's services and will definitely have John work on my unit again. Steve Mondl 06/2017
