(November 4, 2019, 12:38 pm)Took my car in to have tire fixed (ran over a huge bolt) and ended up buying a new car. Our sales person, Dale, was over the top friendly and helpful. I'd had my eye on the car we eventually bought so I consider the tire incident kismet. They let me test drive it far longer than I'm used to. I got to pick up my kids from school, take it home for an hour or two, and even slept on the decision for a night. Really happy with our purchase and our experience.

Justin made me the deal I asked for. And the entire staff was great. I would give more stars if 5 wasn't the limit!

He wasn’t pushy and made sure, as a first time car buyer, that I understood all the paperwork and processes. Not to mention he got me a great deal that put my dream in my driveway!

There was no back and forth games and they gave me the deal I asked for. No hassles or pressure from sales or even finance. Not asked to “rate us excellent” when the survey is sent or any kind of self promotion. Well done Elway staff. I’ll be back!

I had an issue with my rear view mirror and John listened to my concern and did his best to have the John Elway Dodge Service department resolve my issue. He is empathetic and made my issue feel important/high priority. Even though the service department could not resolve my issue because of windshield and part being installed incorrectly he made a recommendation of what to do and everything worked out perfectly! I have always purchased dodge vehicles and this type of service on my existing vehicle will keep me a Dodge customer! Thank you to John!
