  This was my first purchase at Weiss Jewelers and by far they will always have my business. Scott and Alex were great to work with. Always keeping me up to date on the custom rings that I ordered and gave me a great deal when I went to pick them up. My ring was one size to small... I took it back in and Alex worked hard to have it sent back in to have It sized for me. I got it back quick and it was a perfect fit! Alex, Scott and the staff are knowledgeable about the product and always put the customers needs first! Thank you all so much!!!

  I visited the store late on a Friday evening, less than 10 minutes before closing time. The staff was packing up to go home when I arrived. They helped me as if I walked in at 9 a.m. They were nice, patient and professional. That's the difference between an 'A' and a 'B.'

  I have been going to Weiss Jewelers since 1960, when they were downtown Greeley. They repaired my grandmother's watch so I could wear it. I had her ring reset so I could wear that, also. I go to them when I need watch batteries replaced. They are ALWAYS cheerful, knowledgeable & helpful. Love them all, will only go to Weiss Jewelers! You should, too!

  Took my 1959 Rolex in to have it looked at / repaired. They were not able to get the correct tool to take off the backing. I am so grateful they did not try as it could have been ruined. They took care of me the customer by not forcing to do the repair. We also had a diamond replaced in my late aunt's ring and it turned out great. I would highly recommend Weiss for your jewelry needs.
