(June 15, 2023, 12:47 pm)My 2015 Durango got banged up in a hit and run by a Tesla. I had damage on both driver and passenger sides, some $12,500 I believe. Kathy at ABRA was incredibly helpful, they kept me up to date the entire process during the repairs. After I picked up my vehicle, I discovered one minor repair had been missed. I called Kathy and she immediately ordered the part and got me taken care of. Though I do work for H&H Auto Parts and we deal with ABRA on a regular basis, I felt I got the same treatment as any other customer would have, good solid communication and I cannot complain about the work they did. Thank you ABRA and thank you Kathy.
