  At my business I work with a number of agents and insurance companies. Scott is our agent! He and his staff handle everything from adding vehicles, to policy changes, and claims. Hands down is the best at handling claims - takes a personal interest in making sure you are treated fairly by the insurance company.

  Scott and his team were fantastic. They treated me like family, kept in constant communication with me regarding the status of my claim, and were a true joy to work with. Thankful for an agent who not only says that he cares about me but also shows it through his actions. Would highly recommend!

  I have been with Bicknell insurance over the past 10 years, I can honestly say you will not find a better group of people to ever dream of working with. I have home and auto through them and have had hail damaged house and bad wrecked truck. They have helped me and worked with the insurance companies to stand up for me and get what I needed. You will not find another company that is personable, knowledgeable, and honest and Bicknell Insurance. Thank you Scott and Kelly for everything you do!

  Scott Bicknell (owner ) of Bicknell Insurance has been our insurance agent for several years. We have several policies with Scott (both business and personal). Besides Scott's company being a brokerage insurance firm and being able to offer multiple insurance companies that will serve most of your insurance needs, Scott himself is one knowledgeable, caring and informative agents out there - I'd actually say that he's one of the best people that I have had the opportunity to have both as a insurance agent and a friend. Scott isn't like some agents that either once they have your insurance policy written, they seem to forget about you, as well as they are not of much help when you need then. Scott maintains contact with you, and will not pressure you to buy insurance that you simply don't need. but I assure you he's "got your back" watching out for your needs as time goes on. He is always available, and if you leave him a message he will contact you back. As far as competitiveness goes, Bicknell insurance is very competitive in the market place, and yet you will get "top of the line coverage for your money as well" with Bicknell Insurance. I would highly recommend Bicknell Insurance for your next insurance need, and give Scott a call!
