(September 25, 2019, 12:11 am)Had to bring my dog in for Urgent Care needs and they were the only vet near me with extended hours. While I was waiting in the lobby for a while, they never failed to neglect me or my dog even though she was stable. The veterinarians were all extremely friendly. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey but certainly worth it for the care my dog got. They were able to accurately diagnose my dog and with the right medications she was herself again within 24 hours.
If you’re looking for well established vets and don’t mind spending a little money, this is the place to go. -

After calling numerous other businesses and being told we would have to wait 3 days to take him in to get checked, West Ridge made us an appointment to have him checked out within an hour. While there they were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them

(July 18, 2019, 12:31 pm)oh my goodness!! what a wonderful place to take your pet - cat for me.. I know everyone loves their pet as I do. I had to bring my cat in for urgent care - 3 times.. yikes. the folks at West Ridge were wonderful and FAST. They have taken such good care of my cat and have been amazing. He was in a slight altercation with some complications and the staff there have taken such good care of him. I can't recommend them high enough for their care and kindness. I found them to be more affordable than my current vet as well. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be switching vets.. oops. Also when I called my own vet to get urgent care they couldn't find time for us :(
