I'm curious to see how the new owners change things...raising prices or making the storage process difficult will force us to pull our trailers out and find somewhere else to store them

Tops...as billed...
Had a security gate code ready for me and had me ready to go in 15 munutes!!!
They even came out and offered me a ride back in their golf cart...when my Uber Driver arrived.
Very well kept property...tidy, clean and secure...The price is very good to boot!

(May 21, 2018, 2:25 pm)So glad I found this place! I just dropped my RV off and I can't say enough about the customer service, friendly experience, VERY well kept area and reasonable rates! I brought my unit from Arvada and it was only a 30 minute drive. Really impressed!!
