(December 14, 2018, 3:46 pm)This place is awesome. It is not a zoo. But you can learn a lot about the animals that were rescued. The cafe and icecream shop are great. The giftshop has lots of nice things. Worth the trip thats for sure.

(October 21, 2018, 11:26 pm)This is a really rare experience that is really worth the trip AND it is a great cause. It was an interesting way to see so many types of animals in a different type of habitat. I was there on a very hot afternoon so the animals weren’t out the whole time but around lunch (11-12) they made their way. I could watch those bears chase each other for hours: so cute :-) Definitely go and spend at least half
a day — you’ll enjoy it. Bring your walking shoes, a hat and sun tan lotion. The walk to the end is a full mile and a half, you’ll walk at least three miles. -

I love that you can take the walk at your own pace and there are volunteers all along the way to give you information, answer your questions and direct you to animals. Go visit and donate to them! They are only funded by private donations
