  Sustaining balance is so much more than a yoga studio. I cannot give high enough praises! The owner, Kelsey, is truly founding a community of strength, positivity, and personal growth for each of its members. All of the teachers are very helpful and have made my experiences wonderful- from vinyasa and yin yoga classes to hiit and beginners adult ballet, sustaining balance has something for everyone. **Note- if you cant figure out the app on your first try (mind body) for scheduling, message the staff on Facebook-- they're SUPER helpful for the non-tech savvy folks like myself.

  I love Sustaining Balance yoga studio. Kelsey is a great teacher with a great balance of challenging poses, flexibility work, relaxation and meditation. She is GREAT! The studio isn’t the closest to me, but I still go because of the great classes and supportive atmosphere.
