(February 1, 2019, 9:05 am)I can’t say enough good things about Rose in a simple online review, but as a person she’s very kind and caring -- you feel like you’re working with a longtime friend rather than a realtor only focused on dollar-signs! She really has nothing but your best interests in mind and really wants to do the best for not only her sellers, but the buyers of your property too. She went above and beyond with great photographs, listing it on social media, putting up pointer signs (for those who opted to drive around looking for homes), and hosting several open houses! She maintained great communication with the buyers’ agent throughout the whole process and relayed information in a very timely fashion. The process to list my home was painless; easily being able to sign forms and submit information online saved a lot of time (not having to take time off from work to go into an office to sign forms, make copies of documents, etc was a big plus).
I can only say that I wish the home selling/buying process wasn’t over! -

The combination of personal attributes (including kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness) and her business experience are a winning combination that makes you feel comfortable and confident trusting Rose with your one of your most valuable assets. I sold a home and purchased a home with Rose. I saved over $7K on the sale of my home with Rose's 1% real estate list fee. She found a great new home, helped negotiate a great purchase price and offered a $1,000 credit to help cover closing costs. I could not be happier with Rose's efforts and would highly recommend Rose to anyone.

She understands the Denver area market and nuances of negotiations and getting more home for the money. She made sure we focused on future value while buying a new home. She was a tremendous asset at the design center. Handled some closing issues we had as a real pro, her knowledge was invaluable.
