  We have now lived at Good Sam Water Valley for over a year. After investigating over 18 independent living facilities in the north Denver to Ft. Collins area and Colorado Springs we were sure that the Senior Living Resort at Water Valley was the best choice in every way. The apartments are spacious with stunning views. With a full kitchen you can cook if you like, but having good food available in the dinning room is a welcome relief. The residents are interesting and fun. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The common areas are very pleasing and a wide variety of activity options are available. On a snowy or rainy day access to a well lit underground parking garage, heated to 68 degrees, is a welcome treat and there is no extra charge. While it is difficult to leave your comfortable home we decided to give up the numerous responsibilities it required and move here while we are both totally active. The town of Windsor is small enough to get around easily, but large enough to have most of what you need. We have been more than happy with our decision.

  We recently moved into Good Samaritan after looking at about 13 places in this general area. We could not be more pleased. The staff is warm, friendly and very accommodating. They go out of their was to respond to your every need. In general, their floor plans were larger and much more affordable than the other facilities we considered. We love the view from our balcony overlooking the Pelican Falls Golf course; which, by the way, we can play for free Sunday thru Thursday. On the other side of the building you have a lake view--tough choice! We highly recommend you check out this wonderful facility if you are interested in Independent Living, Assisted living or Memory Care. . . .Del and Joanne Ritchhart

  This place is beautiful. It's The Broadmoor meets small town, caring community. The staff is so friendly and really considers the needs of each resident. Fun, interactive activities help draw people together to build relationships.

  Mark and I have lived here for 7 years. Have loved every minute of it. We looked at all of the options before deciding on Good Samaritan Water Valley. We love that it is a Christian community. The staff and residents are so Loving and Caring. You can feel the love when you walk in the door. We look out for one another. There are so many activities. You can participate in as much or as little as you want. The apartments are beautiful. I could go on and on, but come and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Water Valley is a beautiful place. We couldn't get in right away, but they thought there would be one available. The rooms are very big, and they're very I visited this facility. Water Valley Senior Living Resort doesn't have assisted living; they only have independent. It was an absolutely wonderful facility.
