  I love this studio! Knowledgeable, supportive instructors and a beautiful, calm environment. So glad I stumbled upon Pilates Yoga Company when I moved to Windsor. I've improved my pilates abilities while having fun. Core, strength, flexibility - all tools to combat sitting at a desk all day. Thank you!

  I love incorporating Pilates into my everyday life. Pilates is an amazing way to keep my body in balance. It has helped me recover from injuries. I love the studio and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend The Pilates Yoga Company.

  My first Pilates ever was a month ago on the recommendation from my Physical Therapist. The studio is very clean and has wonderful celery green reformers! Michelle has been more than kind and helpful. Her class offers great exercise, but is light-hearted and fun!

  I had tried mat Pilates in my own home but was curious about the reformer machine. I don't like exercising with others so I was nervous to try it out but I am so thankful I went. The instructors were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and know how to explain things so you understand the movements. I highly recommend Pilates Yoga Company!

  I have been going to Pi-Yo-Co Studio for 8+ years now. Absolutely love the vibe, and always feel amazing leaving. The instructors know how to respond to my body's needs, always changing the routine.
  I toggle between classes and private lessons, but find myself more often in privates due to my scheduling needs. They have been so accommodating, quickly responding to my needs.
  The variety of classes is awesome, from Barre to reformer to jump board to many more, even offering SUP Classes during the summer months.
  I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
  Love the friendships I have made ❤️
