“My wife and I lived in Peakview for almost two years. We have nothing but great things to say about them and the complex. In our two years, they promptly responded to maintenance requests, helped us when we had issues with our parking space, and even assisted us when we had to make a quick move down to Denver. Sure, the apartments are not the most updated, but you get what you pay for. For the price of the apartments compared to the level of service received, it’s a great value. Beyond that, we always felt safe in the area and in the complex. Thanks Peakview team for a great two years!”

“We have lived here for about 2 and 1/2 years. The apartments themselves are great, they're very nice and we have only ever needed 2 repairs. One on the dishwasher and one on our dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful, sometimes they would forget to get back with us about questions or service request status but the majority of the time they are always professional and want to help you out. The service team is also wonderful. When you put in a request they are there within a day and always have a friendly demeanor. Overall I give them 4.5 stars because it is a great complex with good service however, sometimes the wait time for answers from staff is hard to get because schedules are different between all employees and not everyone knows about everything that may be going on with residents.”
