The owner stopped by to chat with us, and the insight he gave us really sold me on Ben's Brick Oven Pizza. It's truly a family business - one he started with his parents. They built this business from the ground up, and the owner works diligently to coach his young employees through their first job, dedicating his time to help the employees build work ethic that will take them to their next endeavors. Andy is well-informed about the history of the the Escadrille. You will need to call first and make sure the museum will be open as it is a working museum where restoration is ongoing.
