Our advanced middle schooler was quickly outgrowing her former private violin teachers, and we were struggling to find a qualified instructor who could give my oldest daughter the high level instruction and challenge she needed. That is, until we finally found Annika. From Lesson #1, we knew Annika was the perfect fit. My oldest has been consistently at the top of her middle school orchestra class, skipping an entire grade, competes in Jazz Orchestra at the University of Northern Colorado, earned a state-level award, and was in Poudre School District's Honors Orchestra. Annika was able to tailor lesson plans to help polish and perfect my daughter's skill set and techniques. We then signed up our younger daughter for beginning lessons as well. Annika instinctively knows how to tailor her teaching to fit each student's skill level and personality, and our two girls couldn't be more different. We are so sad that Annika will be moving out of state, but happy to hear that we will be able to continue lessons with her sister. Annika, wishing you and your family all the best, and your new home town is gaining a wonderful violin teacher!”
