Dr. Dan referred me out for my specialized issue instead of ignoring my requests or doing something that is not in his area of expertise like many other dentists would. On top of that, Dr. Krieger is genial and gentle, explaining each process in detail and ensuring that you do not experience pain, and I enjoy listening to him talk about his wealth of knowledge regarding music history. There is nothing more important than a Doctor that listen and thinks independently common sense and critical thinker. Been here for almost 2 years I come to do my cleanings often due to some issues that my old dentist did not performed proper cleanings, and I am improved. Recently had an emergency and they took amazing care, with empathy and sense of urgency. I cannot recommend Dr. Ludin more than they are just the best. They saved me and I trust them with my family. Very attentive and detail oriented the dental hygienist take they time my husband reports that during flossing she redo areas and make sure things are properly husband said “my teeth has never felt better and clean” I just can’t tell you enough you cannot go wrong. Hope this helps they do have appointments and take new patients and they also don’t seem to overbook as I was there I called with an issue and they work me in immediately without hesitation. The fronts desk ladies are critical thinkers they immediately with hesitation also make sure I was taking care of and got the doctor involve they know what their doing. “There are 3 things I am really scared of. Water. I'm working on that. I just got a kayak to help. Rottweilers. Nothing will change that. The dentist. I don't know why. While they were taking xrays tears were streaming down my face. They tech made me feel so comfortable. The doctor even more so. He was so kind and gentle. He found common ground and made me feel at ease. We talked about dogs. I work with dogs. I'm not saying that the dentist will be my number 1 friend. I am saying these guys are amazing. Diego is just extra as we share the same breed of dog.”
