“This is an outstanding dental office! I have been in the office several times now for cleaning and for crown work. Each time I go in, I am greeted kindly by Jessica at the front desk. In the chair, the assistant tells me in advance each thing she’s going to do and ensures I am ready for it. When Dr. Trippel comes in she takes the time to explain what she sees in my x-rays and what she is going to do and gives me options where there are things I need to make choices about. I never feel pressure to do something And I feel like I am working with someone who wants me to be able to make well informed decisions about my dental health. And I am older, and I have had several crowns and root canals over many years. The work that I have received in this dental office has been the best of my lifetime. if you are looking for a competent, kind, and professional dental office, I highly recommend that you check this one out!”

“It’s the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, and I don’t know how you could be any better. Everything and everyone from the dentists to the hygienists to the manager to billing, everything is amazing. You’d be crazy to not come here if you have the option. Dr. Suslik is incredible. Truly passionate about what he does and it shows. Keeps you in the loop of what he is doing the whole time. Everyone is genuinely friendly. The hygienists are gentle but effective and they don’t talk your ear off while they’re in your mouth (a pet peeve of mine). I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes after I arrived for an appointment. Lots of high tech (or what feels high tech to me) equipment. But maybe most importantly, they treat you and care for you like a real human not just another number. They listen to and consider your concerns. I actually love this dentist office. Go here. You shouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“This is kind of a crazy review to go back and leave.... Almost 10 years later. My case was a bit special and required an odd treatment plan that I concluded in 2014 which was supposed to lead to dental implants at the conclusion. I am finally at the point in my life where I am ready to make the investment and have started the process to finish my treatment. Every single dentist that has seen me since Dr. Melcher remarks on the wonderful work of my prior orthodontist and wants to know who did it. Because I have a permanent lower retainer and have worn my Hawley retainer with fake teeth basically everyday for the past decade my teeth have not shifted at all and are still ready for implants. And how crazy that the Hawley retainer they made me has lasted this long and still works and looks great. It shocks everyone who finds out about it. Their office is top tier, I only ever had great experiences with them. I highly recommend Dr. Melcher.”

“We had a great visit with Dr. Aaron at Elevated Pediatric Dentistry!! Dr. Aaron started the appointment by explaining everything that was going to happen during the appointment to my two year old. He showed her the toothbrush, floss and dental tools he was going to use to clean her teeth. We sat knee to knee and my daughter leaned back on his lap while she held my hands. This made her feel comfortable and secure with the dental cleaning. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Aaron walked her to the toy selection area and they picked a couple toys together. Now, Charlotte loves telling all her friends about flossing and how much she loves the Dentist.
