“I’ve been working with Alex for over a yr. I followed him from Gold's gym. He’s the best trainer I’ve had ( sorry Crew and Chad). He pushes me , but we still have fun. I never knew how strong I could be until I started working with him. As we age it’s harder to lose weight and build muscle. I’ve done both and feel great. He and Carolyn truly love what they do and it shows. They always cheer you on an motivate you. Oh and by the way…. He’s a great chiropractor too. My sister says he’s the best she’s ever been to.”

The most painful part of it was MY dental insurance didn't cover the service I was getting, that's no their doing. They worked with me which we really appreciated. “I have been to many other types of gyms and studios, and Barre3 is by far my fave that I frequent in the Springs. I started taking classes here through ClassPass then became a member within a month or so. After only a couple weeks of going primarily to Barre3, my butt has never been bigger (in the best way). I already thought my legs were my best feature, and Barre3 has only made them better. I actually have a solid core, and I actually LIKE my arms now -- both of which were my most difficult areas to tone previously. Workouts are low impact, but definitely full body, fun and done to the music and lights. Stretching and breath work are also included in each workout (only less so in the 45mins class vs. the hour-long one). The staff and community are all incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are very motivating and inspirational. The space is very clean, and they have amenities like dry shampoo and deodorant if you're in a hurry after class, but there are no showers. My only wish is that there are more classes each day. I try to take a class 5+ times a week if I can, but my work schedule conflicts often. Also if there are less than 3 people signed up for a class (like the 6am), then they will not hold the class. Although I recently heard they will be adding more to the schedule by the end of January, and there have been more patrons since the new year. Here's to hoping! I highly recommend Barre3!”

The diet seems straight forward, but there are a lot of nuances you need to get right to complete it successfully. Debbie is extremely experienced in guiding people through it, and she puts her heart into your success. She is clear, firm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and gentle. If you are considering doing the Elemental Diet, I suggest that you find someone to support you though the process. And I don't think you'll find a better guide than Debbie.”
