“Molly is a very competent psychologist, she knows the tricks and methods to instill in others to help alleviate more baseline and common variations of mental illness. I saw her for a few sessions and determined she and I weren't a match. Comfort, familiarity, and ease of conversation are crucial for having a Therapist and I felt that Molly, while very well trained at what she does, didn't hit the marks for me on bedside manner/connecting with me as anything more than a client. If you aren't looking to have a very deep interpersonal relationship with your therapist and are comfortable with maintaining a very strong client/doctor relationship I think Molly could potentially be a good fit for you. But if you're looking to connect with your therapist and build a relationship with them for long-term help I'm not 100% sure if Molly would be the best for you or not. I think giving people a one time visit is always beneficial! Molly is very kind, cordial, and professional at the end of the day and I believe she is a good fit for certain types of people.
