I was helped by Rachelle Le, and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, which means a lot from someone in Retail Operations Management for 10+ years. It was difficult to get measurements on my eyes in the first exam and he took the time to get me in later in that same day to try again, which was successful. Since a visit to his office was a 12 hour round trip and required an overnight stay and respite care for an elderly brother, I asked him if it was possible to do the surgery on both eyes at once and although not the norm, that's what we did. I couldn't have been happier with the whole procedure and wouldn't have wanted to do it any other way. My vision is wonderful, as Dr. Stewart said it would be, and it was worth every penny.
