The owners truly care about each and every member and invest time getting to know them. The coaches are extremely supportive and motivating whether you have been doing CrossFit for years or have never worked out before. They will take the time to insure that you are comfortable and confident in all of the movements before ever throwing you into the fire and if you are struggling with certain movements they are very helpful with coming up with ways to build that foundation! Lastly all the members of the gym truly enjoy welcoming new people and supporting one another anyway possible. Once someone has finished a workout they are always quick to help push and cheer on anyone who is still finishing up! “Katie is my absolute favorite! She’s hilarious and keeps the sessions light hearted, you're less focused on wanting to lay down and not move again which is a 100% benefit. She pushes you so you're getting that burn and the maximum out of your session, but in an encouraging way. If she sees you're starting to struggle and your ship is going down she will redirect the sets or breaks so you're able to still push out the session. She provides worthwhile, absolutely practical, easily accessible and knowledgeable nutrition and supplement advice. She’s willing to go the extra mile and do the research if she doesn't know the answer. She’s workable around schedules and flexible and has always got a time that we can make happen. Katie is seriously in this for each and every client, she tailors everything to you as an individual- this is far from a one size fits all. She works hard to get to know who you are and what makes sense for you and designs your program for YOU. Katie wants you to exceed and meet your goals on outside of your time with her and tries to offer you options for long term success. She is always available for questions, encouragement and accountability. She makes sure you know you’re a friend and not just a client. In my time of working with her I’ve sustained a significant injury outside of my time with her that has required some downtime and a total rework of our approach and set up and she has tackled it with me head on. She’s taken a girl who is possibly the most uncoordinated person she's ever worked with, and who has a serious aversion to wanting to participate in anything cardio and found just the right formula for me. I’ve been training with Katie for 6months and signed up for another 6months because she’s that good. If she can make this happen with the hot mess workout disaster I am then I assure you she is a miracle worker! Katie is the answer!”

She listened to me, paid close attention to how my skin was reacting and the final result was perfect. Even better, she recommended I begin using a hyaluronic acid serum each day and a gentle scrub for my area of concern. I've been doing this and it's made a huge improvement in my incredibly dry Colorado skin. The spa itself is under new management and it was the very early days when I had my treatment. I'm sure the owner will pull it together to be more of a spa environment but you should overlook the lack of ambience and book a service with Christie. You won't be disappointed.”

“My husband and I had a dear friend in town from Dallas and we wanted to treat ourselves to a group experience where spiritual intersects with relaxing. Philly had hosted a sound bath at my yoga studio recently and it was wonderful so I gave her a call. I didn't know at first what I wanted but we discussed the 3 of us and what we do and like and sort of came up with a game plan for a 2 hour session with a sound bath, vibrational healing therapy, and a yoga Nidra session. She made the setting just perfect and thoughtful and all 3 things we did were absolutely perfect. If you are newish to guided meditation, relaxation yoga, or sound baths, Philly has my highest recommendation because she is kind, very easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain her process.
