“Okay so here’s the thing, I have been through at least 10 different PT’s after a car wreck and every single one of them didn’t listen to me when their treatment caused more pain. One even told me “you don’t have thoracic outlet syndrome” and then proceeded to prescribe exercises that exacerbated my very real thoracic outlet syndrome. If you need a gifted PT, ALL of these people possess their PHd in PT. I had no hope before coming here and I was doubting myself in the face of other PT clinics disregard for my suffering and feedback. To the others who the office did not call, they do not call me either. I just got a new prescription for PT and called them myself, do NOT use option 2 for new patients. Use option 1 so you get to a human being that can escalate this for you. I recommend them every single chance I get because I know there are others who are suffering at the hands of incompetent PT’s. Good luck and don’t give up! ”

“Here for booster shots and they were about the only place with availability and close by for adults and kids. Had our appointments 15 mins appart. We went to the drive thru to check in they gave us forms to fill out and will take all 4 of us at once so that's a plus rather than waiting the 15 mins appart. My guess is that's just how they set up the appointments slots online. Check in is complete, waited a little to be called up. Which didn't take long. All in all took less that 20 mins. We did have to wait the customary 15 post vaccine in our car. Great experience and easy process at this pharmacy.”
