He is unique in the sense where his office isn't a cold uninviting place, he plays music, essential oils etc. I get the benefit of his chiropractic care as well as acupuncture. The instructors (so far Jenna & Maddie) take the time to explain movements and give feedback on form. The support staff has been available to answer all my questions … they are so sweet. The class pace is good & the atmosphere is inviting. The music is great and I can hear the instructor directions while it’s playing. (I mention this because other studios play the music really loudly & you can’t hear the instructor) I’m hooked! I feel like I can accomplish my fitness goals in this environment with these caring ladies ❤️”
