“I called MSS based on the many positive reviews I read on google and yelp. Alberto answered the the call and we scheduled a time to clean my carpets. Two days before the scheduled time, I realized I would not be able to keep the appointment, and I called Alberto to reschedule. He was able to schedule for a day sooner! Jason was on time and very pleasant. We looked at the areas that showed traffic marks and he said he’d do his best. He did an amazing job! The carpets look like new! I wish I’d known about MSS years ago, and highly recommend this company.”

I walked into Clem & Bobbie’s one hour dry cleaning at 7am on a Saturday, the day of the wedding. “Hi my name is Paul and I need a emergency wedding miracle from you today.” I explained what we did to the dress and she assured me sure could fix it. Her professionalism and kind soul put me to ease. She had the dressed cleaned, pressed and restored to its original form in about a hour. I just want to thank you again for everything you did. “When the carpet cleaning company we hired to clean and stretch our carpets had an equipment malfunction and wasn't able to finish the job on the Saturday before we had new tenants moving in, we were in a real bind. I called Luis at Wow Flooring and Carpets on Saturday afternoon to see if he could help us out. Although he was already booked for the day, he told me he could be at our house Sunday morning to clean and stretch our carpet. He arrived right on time and did a fantastic job with both cleaning and stretching the carpet. We will be calling him next time we need to have our carpet cleaned! Appreciated his willingness to work with us and help us out on short notice without charging us an exorbitant amount. Carpets look great and smell great, too!”
