“Nice museum. Free for visitors. They have a cool array of fossils to checkout. I would recommend it if you are touring the campus. Nice to see a variety of exhibits for all ages. Looks like the exhibits keep changing so worth multiple visits.”

“What a fantastic museum! The unassuming building does not portray the amazing display of cars and pianos inside. The employees are wonderful and full of information. You can tell they love to work there and are happy to answer all your questions and even share tidbits you never new. We brought family here this last weekend and spent several hours there. They were so amazed they went back another day. Well worth the time! Do note, you'll want to bring cash for admission. Admission is only $5 a person.”

“The Highlands Ranch Mansion is the most exquisite place to get married. It was literally a dream come true. The mansion is kept in pristine condition inside and out. We came back to visit the mansion in every season after we booked and the landscaping is kept perfect year round!! Our photographer had no problem finding areas for photos! The bridal area is also ridiculously huge and beyond beautiful. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. Jaye and Charlie made everything happen seamlessly. The prices are perfectly reasonable and you get to customize quite a bit. I wish I could have every big event at the mansion because it is absolutely sensational and definitely a showstopper for your guests!”

“AMAZING.... the classic cars were breathtaking. The car that stood out for me the most was the 1973 Mach I that I owned when I was 24 years old, the exact same car, same color...everything. (I'm 69 now). Wow, the memories it brought back. A private retirement party was held at the Vehicle Vault for my brother that collects vintage cars himself; this was the PERFECT setting. Rather than 2-300 people crammed into a restaurant for a sit down dinner, making small chatter with those around you, everyone at the Vehicle Vault was walking around (over and over again) looking at the amazing collection of cars. The retirement event was catered, the food was excellent!!! Of course, no touching or food around the spectacular car collection.”

“This is one of the nicest radio controlled model airplane & helicopter airports in the world. Has 2 runways of approximately 700 feet, taxiways, a web-viewable weather station, bathrooms, a large shelter, a few public use grill stations (provide your own charcoal), picnic tables & running water in the summer.”

“Small, but VERY NICE. Owner and guide Andy Parks guides visitors through the history of the Lafayette Escadrille, many of whom his family was privileged to know personally. Andy is well-informed about the history of the the Escadrille. You will need to call first and make sure the museum will be open as it is a working museum where restoration is ongoing. If you are interested in aviation history, you won't be disappointed.”

“Oh man, this place is absolutely awesome. The two times I have been there, there were plenty of people but it wasn’t overrun with tourists taking selfies. Buffalo Bill’s story is incredible and this museum has an abundant inventory of authentic historic memorabilia from his life. The museum does a great job of telling the story of his life’s passages. Be sure to see the movie loop. There is actual film showing him and other performers in the show. Also, be sure to try some of the fresh home-made fudge!”

“Beautiful area and nice views from Lookout mountain. The museum itself has lots of original artifacts from the time period and his traveling show. I went on this as part of a larger tour and it was fine. However, unless you are a huge Buffalo Bill fan or driving close by I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it. I spent an hour there and it could be done in 30 minutes.”

“It's a small airplane museum with a focus on educational displays and simulators. It's more suited to children leaning about aviation than to adults interested in history.”

“There is more than one way up to Walker's Dream but if you are a beginner hiker and you aren't prepared to push yourself, then this hike may be be difficult for you. I also suggest hitting the trail early because once it starts to warm up there is a good chance you will encounter snakes who are only wanting to sun themselves. I saw two snakes coming back down: One was a bull snake, the other was a rattlesnake. The ruins of the house are gated but there is plenty of space to walk around and among the ruins, just don't expect to walk among the actual walls of the house.”
