Once I accepted it we scheduled a start date and he called me a couple of days ahead of that to confirm everything. Upon beginning the work he updated me daily on what would be accomplished and gave me a chance to ask questions or give direction. Communication was great and Tom and his daughter Breanna couldn’t be nicer. The job site was cleaned daily and the work was accomplished very quickly for just a two person team (no subcontractors). The two of them were very courteous, polite and professional within their craft. The expertise and knowledge both have was very helpful and they even finished issues that were not known previously, without asking! All the cardboard and wrapping was remove at the end of the work so no clean up was required. I am a very picky architect designing high end homes in Telluride & Aspen and these two were a perfect fit. I do not know how anyone could do any better. GRA”
