He invited me to observe the work he was going to be doing and ask any questions I might have, so I followed him downstairs and got educated about my furnace. I've had other companies who have come to work on the furnace and that was a first for me. Let's face it, there's always an element of the unknown when you have to have a major appliance in your home serviced or repaired. You hope that the technician will be honest with you and keep your fingers crossed. I was just so impressed with Chris's integrity and the transparency of this process.
