“We’ve loved our lessons with Floyd Hill Swim School. Coach Megan has such a gift working with kids, engaging them in fun ways and building their confidence. We have seen so much progress in a short period of time. Additionally, there is excellent communication with the parents, the pool water and air temperatures are warm, making the overall experience excellent!”

“This was a great place to visit. My kids adored all of the animals, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The website had mentioned alpacas, wallabies, and a sheep dog in addition to a long list of other animals, but we didn't see them for whatever reason. We were also hoping to feed the animals. Overall though, this farm is very reasonably prices and a lot of fun. Just wish you guys were a little closer to Denver so we could visit more often. Thanks for the great time!”

“I've been taking lessons with Amy for three years, after a 30+ year hiatus from playing an instrument. After a few years working on classical pieces, we recently started playing jazz. I love it. Amy's also really good with kids - my two daughters, 6 and 8, love taking lessons with her. We've all been on Zoom since March. I was surprised at how well is works.”

“My twins are in their eighth year at Friends' School in Boulder. They have absolutely LOVED every year and are begging us to continue on into Friends’ middle school. At Friends', each and every child is known and is celebrated for their own unique personality. Parents are valued as part of the community and are involved in the school’s rituals, traditions, and celebrations. We are invited to volunteer and to visit the classrooms. Friends' learning community is hands-on and engaging. Our children are encouraged to stretch themselves academically, socially, and creatively. The students celebrate one another’s successes, and support one another's short comings. Friends puts great effort into teaching social skills, from preschool on through the fifth grade. The students learn how to reach out and make friends in preschool, learn to play with a variety of classmates throughout elementary, and learn about expressing emotions, both at school and at home with their families. Discipline is handled gently and with respect for the child. I can’t say enough positives about Friends’ School. Go take a tour and see for yourself. Our family recommends it whole-heartedly!”

“My son attends GVCA & my daughter will start in the fall. We have been very happy with the switch to this school. Our son went from studying basic curriculum & being disinterested at another school to thriving, enjoying history, learning to play the piano, learning Latin & truly being comfortable in his environment. Our family loves this school, what they stand for and education our kids are getting.”

“The school is nice. Teachers are nice. But when you make a choice for lunch in the office, miss Oliver and the lunch ladies never get the lunch choices. And the lunch room is loud and you don't get a spot to sit sometimes .”

“Graduated in 2015 and currently at Grinnell College. My college is ranked among the top 20 liberal arts colleges in the nation and for $65,000 yearly tuition I pay nothing. I received a full ride based on my social status as a low income minority student and because of my academia. The teachers devote everything they have to helping low-income minority students succeed in life and I am a product of this school. Excited to return and begin motivating the students instead of tearing the school down. Fight the system and continue working hard to motivate the students Jefferson Jr./Sr. High School! Also, do more for your community instead of talking about how horrible it is :) Make a change instead of waiting for a change to happen.”

“Best high school in Northglenn. Unfortunately since there are no other high schools in Northglenn it is also the worst high school in Northglenn. While this is an incredible school, I simply cannot recommend the worst school in Northglenn to anyone, no matter how good it is.”

“SONshine Music Academy is a great place! My kids have taken lessons here for years. The teachers are patient and caring. They promote hard work and the love of God. We moved and are now 40mins away, but I am still committed to having my kids taught there because of the Academy's beliefs and positive energy!”

“Our experience is with the elementary and middle school classes. Our student has attended Desiderata School for the past 1.5 years. Desiderata is not a traditional school environment. This is what makes it work well for us. Our child is considered twice exceptional (2E - gifted in some areas, and special needs in others). 2E students are often very hard to teach in a traditional public school setting. Desiderata offers an alternative educational setting for a variety of students that have been less than successful in the public school or home-school setting. For us the low student: teacher ratio, environment flexibility, caring teachers, peer acceptance, and assignments assigned at skill level vs. grade level, has allowed my student to thrive. Our child actually likes school now, opposed to before when going to school was a constant battle at home.”

“The school looks like a college campus. The office staff as well as the attendance lady are very personable & professional. My daughter loves all her teachers (8th grade) Only down side is that they don't offer theatre production or strings. Never had parking issues, & is never a mess with driving in like most schools. Love that they implemented lap tops. Saved so much money on supplies & my daughter loved it. It was a blessing not having to go threw another year of hearing about bullying or drama! As it was that way with other middle schools!”

“I have two little girls who attended Family Fun Childcare. I was very nervous about taking my kids to daycare at first becausei really wantedthem to be in a good loving environment. They became like family! Even now having made a change and I am homeschooling my kids, they still ask to go see Miss Jeri! Very grateful for the time my girls had there. They learned so much and I know they were loved and cared for.”

“Went to Red Rocks for 3 years before graduating from Mines 2 years later. College has made my life so much better and I owe most of my education to the teachers here. They helped establish the base of knowledge which was rigorously tested at Mines. The best secret I can let you all in on, is that the teachers at Red Rocks were far superior in their teaching skills than at Mines. Many times Mines classes were taught by mid 20’s grad and doc students who never taught or had a desire to teach but finances and degree programs force them into it. Not to take anything away from Mines, its a great place to finish your education, just giving the inside scoop on something I wish I would have known before transferring. The teachers at Red Rocks are professionals, they love to teach which is why they teach at a community college. 11 out of 10 for really caring and being dedicated to education. Semesters and teachers have their ups and downs but overall my experiences at Red Rocks will always be one of the greatest and most fulfilling chapters of my life. A great place to get started on a new path in life!”

“I am blessed to call Calvary Church CO my home church, since January of 2020, and recommend Calvary to anyone looking for a home church. Pastor Ed's sermons are biblical and encourage and edify me. Also, the ministry groups at Calvary encourage personal growth and I feel a sense of community and belonging in them. Further, I enjoy serving at Calvary with committed people, and leaders who are organized, kind, and kingdom-minded. If you are in need of a church to call home, consider joining Calvary Church CO.”

“My son has been at Dream Makers for almost two years now and we could not feel more blessed to have found such a great preschool! Deb, Crissy and Francesca are wonderful teachers - caring, focused, fun, creative - I could go on and on. My son's language, social skills, and overall development have blossomed under their care and I truly feel they have set the stage for him to have a life-long love of learning. Perhaps the best "review" for Dream Makers is the fact that my son LOVES going to school! In addition, the facility is cozy and bright - and the outside play area is a kid paradise. A highly, highly recommend Dream Makers!!!”
