“The experience was good on the whole. I wrote a 5-star review earlier at pickup about 3 weeks ago, and now this is after delivery. The movers for delivery, Zack and Brian, did a great job, very accommodating to my wants and needs, very professional, and no damage that I have noticed. The only issue I have is that once the storage period I had used was over and it was time for delivery, we were told we'd have 24-48 hours of notice for the delivery, but that was not the case; we got a call 1.5 hours before delivery saying they were on their way, so schedules had to be rearranged slightly on short notice, but that's on customer service, not the fault of the movers themselves. Other than that, no major issues, well done.”

They don't have OFFICIAL overnight parking BUT I stayed overnight before appointment and few hours after on the dirt lot right next to them( look at the picture attached). It about 10-15 trucks there as well. Nobody bothered us.”
