“I bought a shipping container from them last week. I was able to go to the yard and see the container and was able to pick out the one I wanted. I needed a new one for a project I am working on. This was the only company that let me come see what I was getting before buying. It was $4450 for a new 20 foot container which was cheaper than anything else I could find. They delivered it themselves with the truck that lifts it up and down. Highly recommend.”

Brian did a great job of helping us design a cost effective solution that's functional in our basement (wanted it to look nice but not something guests are going to see so wanted to keep it practical). He did a great job on recommendations and design. He also works with an electrician and a contractor so it's an easy one stop shop solution. We had our wine room framed and up and running in less than two weeks once the racking arrived.”

He always keeps the Property looking clean. And the big part of Security is the fact he watches it very closely! I only wish some of the folks coming into use the sewer service, would not give this man grief. Because as a tenant I APPRECIATE the extra precautions that are taken, to make sure the station stays clean for me and other tenants. And for our SECURITY! I highly recommend this facility!!”

“A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations. After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating. If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.”
