“What can I say about Prestige Florist & Monument, I first went into Prestige because I had just recently lost my wife. My children and myself wanted a monument that truly celebrated their mother. I spoke with Joe and although I had no clue what we wanted, Joe gave us some great advice and to how to choose a monument. We ended up changing words, colors, and pictures several times before construction of the monument began. Each time Joe sat with us and went over each detail until it was exactly what we wanted. I was greatful for Joe and his wife with all the suggestions and patience to help us celebrate my wife's memory and life and design a monument that truly ended up being extremely beautiful. As long as you have the brand name, model number and a good description of the part you need, they can help you. I took them a digital photo of the plate that had my appliance info and they were able to get all the info but the part off of it. You have to help them so that they can help you. They don't have a magic wand to wave and figure it out, but they do the best they can. If they don't have the part you need, they can order it.”
