“Learning from Amanda Dove was an absolute joy! I have been involved with music through choirs most of my life, and I've been around pianos the whole time. Unfortunately, I never took the opportunity to learn the instrument. Finally taking the plunge with her was a great choice, because she clearly paid attention to the knowledge I already had, and tailored her teaching to me. We talked a lot about music theory (filling in a lot of gaps in my knowledge) and she didn't feel the need to re-teach things I already knew about. She spent a lot of time working with me on technique, which made sure that my practice at home was worthwhile, and wasn't just doing the same thing over and over. Finally she provided me with plenty of lesson books and music, guiding me to what I needed to learn, but also ensuring I had a lot of choice in what I wanted to play. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a piano teacher!”

They did a fantastic job getting it ready for the 2021 riding season with a thorough cleaning, lubrication, and tune, especially of my front fork which I was struggling to lock. Their work was so good I brought an older Trek mountain bike in for a similar tuneup. I have used several shops in Colorado Springs in years past, but Routes Outfitters here in Monument did much better work!”

“This place is awesome!!! The coffee is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. This is one of the only coffee places that’s in walking distance from my home that is open on Sunday’s, and would definitely rather come here than Starbucks! And they have the machine that air locks the coffee so you don’t have to worry another spills if you’re commuting, and it helps it gets mixed up really well. It’s also just fun to stab through it with the straw 😂 will definitely continue to visit this place! (Update: I was at this place again this past Sunday and ordered a coffee, that promptly slipped from my hand outside the shop and splattered everywhere. The associate working was AMAZING and took care of me immediately with another coffee, no charge. SUPER impressed with the customer service here!!!! Thank you!)”

“Home Depot is coping with the Social Distancing like every other business is trying to operate normally. Their customer " pick up" system was very busy with a long line of people waiting to enter the store to get their order. I elected to use their "curbside pickup" option because I was on crutches. Had to call inside, identify myself and only waited about 1/2 hr for them to bring to my car. Overall, fairly good experience! Line actually was moving pretty good as I waited in my car!”
