The staff is very professional and friendly both on the phone and at their curbside pickup. They have gone out of their way to help me on a couple of my orders which I greatly appreciate! For example: I returned several items that were the wrong size online, but when I went to drop them off, apparently the website didn't process my return correctly on two of my three returns and I didn't have the necessary paperwork. Even though they were extremely busy, the manager, Joy, and Henrietta were very nice and were able to get the paperwork sorted at the store so that the return could be processed correctly. “We were in search of a first car for our daughter and called Brandon on a car we had identified as an option. He was professional and took the time to go out on the lot to make sure the car was still there and give of his observations especially since he knew we would be driving from Colorado Springs. He gave us objective data about the car and his personal observations. After seeing 2 other cars we ended up at AutoNation. Brandon promptly greeted us and authorized us quickly for a test drive. The car was perfect for our needs and 1 hour later we left with the car since we decided to finance it so my daughter could establish credit. While we were waiting, we were greeted by the general manager Steve and felt appreciated for our business as a customer should. The finance manager Tyler was professional, efficient and expeditious in getting us on our way. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The Icing on the cake is a percentage of our purchase goes to fight breast cancer and we of course took the opportunity to donate in addition which was terrific. “After 20 years at another place I just signed up for a new mailbox rental at FedEx Edge with Tom, and have to say how pleased and happy I am. While there is nothing "exciting" about getting your mail, when it is made so much easier (they do email notifications!) and offers so many "extras" in the form of really useful personalized services (mail scanning for when you're out of town!) I can't tell you what a relief it is to have found them. Good pricing for their boxes (I shopped around before I came in), and finally, Tom the owner is just a really nice guy.”

They are great at helping pick out paint colors and work fast when mixing paints. By contrast, when this store recently ran out of paint base for a sample I needed, I ended up at a different Sherwin-Williams and it was night and day different. Employee didn’t offer or care to help with paint colors and didn’t move with much urgency. Just a totally different vibe. Love the Broomfield Sherwin-Williams store!”

I got a discount for taking the floor model table and chairs. Delivery was fast and the guys were safe and careful with my freshly painted walls and bad door jambs. The delivery guys wore masks and looked clean and friendly. The best review comes from my 12 year old son who says it feels like rich people's furniture. Yes, it does. Everyone is complementing the recently remodeled rooms and I will be returning for rugs, bedroom sets, and appliances. I love the low payments. It definitely allowed me to get something nicer than I could have bought with cash. I highly recommend the Fountain location.”
