I used to be a DIY guy to save a few bucks, but I'd never remember the proper time to apply the product and which to use when. They also spot treat for weeds as needed. The price is not much more than buying the product yourself and the time saved by not having to go to store buy product, buy a new spreader every few years, figuring the correct setting and pattern etc, make it a good deal for me.”

I asked if the refund would automatically be credited to my account and the young lady replied, "um, I don't know". Then after a pause, asked the manager if I could have a refund, which she obliged happily and apologetically. My ideal scenario would have been, upon arrival proactively being told that they were out of the product and how to obtain a refund.”
