He was able to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. By the time I made it into the store all I had to do was inspect the trailer, sign, pay, hook up and go. I was extremely impressed with Josh's ability to handle multiple things at once. When I arrived he was processing three sales and still took the time to speak with me answer at least three calls.
