“Convenient, as it is close to where we live. Have gotten some of the floral department arrangements, as they do such a nice job putting them together. One of the floral employees even went out of her way, to make a single rose arrangement for me, so I could take it to my Hubby in the hospital. Truly appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. ???? “I took my Mac computer to the above business after having the Geek Squad for Best Buy (I had a maintenance agreement) work on my computer. My printer would not print. They worked on line for one entire day and then it was not working still. I took both the computer into Best Buy and the Geek Squad personnel worked on it over an hour and got one piece of paper with little on it to print and it took 7 minutes to print. I then was told I probably needed a new computer Now into the good news. My daughter gave me a contact person and company that she had used and what a difference in service. Robert was very knowledgeable and told me there was nothing work with the computer, it just needed a few things fixed that was done by the person that I had taken it to last. He came out the next morning and took out the printer and reinstalled it and was able to get it running right away. He understood what my problem was and fixed it. He was personable and concerned about my stress in dealing with the inability to print for over a week. He went through several things with me to make things easier regarding both the printer and the computer. The cost: $70.00 (with senior discount). I was more than happy to pay that amount because I had been sending my e-mails that needed to be printed to my daughter and then she had to bring them to me when she had time. Please give this company a try and I know you will be satisfied.”
